A data platform is a kind of power. This page is our promise about how that power gets used, and where we draw the line.
There are two very different things a data platform can do. It can describe reality so people can navigate and act on it — or it can rank who deserves resources. The facts are often the same. The uses are opposites. We build only the first.
Where the trauma centers are. How far care is. What the uninsured rate is. Facts a family, a clinic, or a community can see and act on. This empowers the many.
A score that says this neighborhood deserves funding more than that one. A number that decides who gets cut. That serves whoever holds the budget — and it gets weaponized.
We state what is — never what ought to be funded. The facts are ours to get right. The decisions belong to people, communities, and the democratic process.
If you've decided to expand care, we'll help you find where a new trauma center or specialist reaches the most people who currently can't get there. That's additive — it grows access without taking from anyone.
What we won't do is tell you health matters more than food, or that a budget should move from one to the other. Both matter. Which matters more depends on values and needs that data cannot — and should not — settle.
We won't estimate what a family “can afford” for healthcare. People prioritize by their own lives, needs, and hardships, and no formula knows better. Instead we show structural facts — who has coverage, who's caught in the gap between Medicaid and affordable insurance — and let them speak for themselves.
Holding food, health, water, housing, and schools on one shared map lets you see how hardships stack on the same block for the same family. That's understanding — and it helps that family. It is never a scoreboard that pits one need against another.
Every feature is built to help a person, a clinic, or a community see clearly and act — not to hand any central authority a lever to allocate or deny.
Every figure carries its source and its date. Provisional inputs are flagged, not hidden. These are planning-level screening tools — a place to start a conversation, never the last word or a substitute for local judgment.
Data on sovereign tribal-nation lands is withheld from public analytics until those nations give written consent — enforced in our database itself, not left to good intentions. It's the clearest case of a general rule: if a data point's main use would be against the community it describes, we don't publish it by default.
The underlying public data comes from public sources and belongs to no one. What is ours is the work we build on top of it: the platform, its software and design, our written analyses, and — above all — the scores, indices, rankings, weightings, models, and the methods we use to combine and normalize data onto one shared census-tract foundation. Those are the proprietary and trade-secret intellectual property of InnovaOps LLC.
Your license. Subject to these terms and your plan, InnovaOps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its outputs for your own lawful purposes. Paid features are licensed to the organization for its own use; seats are for named people and must not be shared.

Trade secrets. The indices, weightings, models, and data-combination methods are confidential trade secrets of InnovaOps, protected under the New Mexico Uniform Trade Secrets Act and the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act. Nothing on this site is a disclosure of those trade secrets; access to finished outputs conveys no right to the methods behind them.
No warranty; planning use only. Outputs are planning-level screening estimates provided "as is," without warranty, and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice. Verify against primary sources before relying on them.
